RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your CUZZO28. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.

Once you have notified us, your return must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

RETURN CONDITION

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. Please keep all tags attached while trying on your item and return the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Items must be:

• Unworn, other than a careful try-on
• Unwashed and uncleaned
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, marks or damage
• Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, creams and oils
• Free from perfume or other fragrance
• Free from body odour, smoke or other strong odours
• Free from hair and pet hair
• Free from pulls, snags or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags, labels and accessories

Items showing signs of actual wear, washing, alteration, staining, scent, damage or other handling beyond a reasonable try-on may therefore be subject to a reduction in refund corresponding to the loss in value.

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact returns@cuzzo28.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.

REFUNDS

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the relevant payment using the same payment method used for your original purchase.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first
